just reinstalled the game and im getting this crap quality textures everywhere! help plz, iv never had those b4

I think you simply have to restart the game (or computer), if I'm not mistaken.

IIRC you have to change the settings. and then restart the game.

the pirated version does that i believe, if it detects a cracked exe the game will run but crash often at load screens, and have bad gfx i think.

Never heard of that one. My retail version did exactly the same. You have to restart it after changing texture settings.

oO nice one :lol: very funny, I used the no cd crack for my copy and didn't notice such anomaly

i never heard of that rumor. i use the no CD crack and it works fine.

Bunch of bull , i bought this sucka and i am using a n0-cd though, ok ill restart pc and c how it goes..

I had that problem, but once I restarted the game, the problem was gone.

What driver are you using? The latest ones from ATI(I assume your using ATI cuz of your sig) totally f-ed up my doom 3. Artifacting all over the place. I know that Doom 3 is opengl and underground 2 is d3d but it could still make a difference. I have a radeon 9200 and NFSU2 worked for me even with the No-cd and stuff. I got rid of it so I can't help you now.

Guyver try to customize your settings, don't maximize everything, there's 1 option that makes the game blocky just like your screen shot, I forgot what it was but try to manually customize your graphic settings in the game and turn on and off every option.

You said you just reinstalled the game and noticed the unfiltered (blocky) textures but have you tried installing the latest patch for the game? I had the same problem until I updated the game and all was well.

Some no-cd cracks dont work, i had the same problems, use a mini iso.
