Mmmm... I love me some fonts! 
Why not check out http://www.fontalicious.com for some groovy fontness or http://www.geocities.com/infodell/fontsfoo2.html for "famous" type fonts. If you're using PaintShop Pro, you should look at http://www.pizzadude.dk . He made his entire site using PSP and it looks great. As far as the NGEMU header goes, (I assume you mean the date above the newspost) its Verdana -> bold. In fact, Verdana is the only font used on the main page.
