I'm just at the point when Link grows up and I can't figure out how to travel back and fourth between kid and old Link. I also can't find the first dungeon old Link is supposed to go to.

For traveling to young Link you have to go to the Temple where you got into adult Link first and put the Master Sword into the hole at the center of the platform (sorry, it's been years since I played that game)

All you have to do to travel back and forth through time is to place the master sword back into the stone.

The first dungeon is in the forest, but you will need the hookshot (in the graveyard) to get there.
