I couldnt believe when i saw the news. Finaly, even though many people said it wasnt possible. An SNES emulator for Symbian OSs came out. And its running Chrono Trigger on my N-Gage at full speed with NO flaws. This is absolutly amazing. I'll try to show you some pics in a while

Haha very funny Squigi but fyi i have absolutly no regrets of this bought. Got it for 110€ and i have an mp3 player, a mobile with symbian OS, and i can play decent multiplayer games. Heck Asphalt for the Ngage runs smoother then the Ashphalt for the DS...

Grr im sorry guys my digital camera has no battery and the n-gage screenshot utility isnt working very well with this emu. This is all i was able to take. I'm gonna keep trying.


Sound isnt working very well with CT though. But some games run with full sound with no problems. You can save state, change keys and change resolution.

shish... and on my PS2 I can't run all my SNES games at full speed, also last SNES-Station release... over a year ago...

Well im only getting full speed in CT most likely couse sound doesnt work with this rom. On other roms that have sound the speed cuts down to half But its still playable

Thanx for the site, I can't run snes games but I found out that my cell phone is able to run NES games at 30+ FPS
I'm definately going to try that!

Woot u mean sound works in CT? strange. I can't get it to work. If i turn it on it just stops after 2 frames.

Does anyone know of if there is a pda/cell phone out yet that can run Snes games and below at full speeds with sound?

Edit: The N-Gage is not a pda by my standards, I want full touch screen, bluetooth, media, and expandable software (ie, stuff like morphgear)

I got a Dell Axim X30 High (624Mhz!) I am so impressed with it. I was trying a whole slew of Playstation games on it today and 90% of them ran at ~40fps Which is pretty dang good

Hmmm as long as the phone has an Xscale or Arm processor you'll be fine. Some have Samsung processors and these other weird ones so when buying one watch out! Most of the cell phone ones aren't as powerful, but for NES, SNES etc ... You should be fine
