Fixed 2 of my pet hates in this one (namely the fact that the popup blocker didn't have a Gui and the address window overwriting what you had typed if it had finished loading something). Haven't tried the new version of the irc program yet (I'm not really into IRc too much). In all not too bad an improvement over 0.9.6.
