I am truely in awe of what the pcsx2 team has achieved so far. The PS2 s easily the most complex next gen system, and yet look at the progress they've already made in emulating it. In fact, thanks to them PS2 emulation is actually farther along than XBOX/GC emulation, which is something I never expected.

To answer aimonz's question and to proove that ps2 emulation is not complete yet so more powerful systems dont make a big difference the shots were taken using a P3 1Ghz with a Geforce fx 5200 and 360mb ram.When i tested the same game on an Athlon XP 2400+ with the same gfx card and 512mb ram i got 1,6 FPS instead of 1 FPS

meh, PS2 emulation is one of the rare 3D apps where you can use FSAA without being worried about losing speed, it's already dead slow
