but i think its in the sound plugin... petes spu or epsxe sound core

Yes...it's the SPU issue.
Try using Eternal SPU which can be obtainable on my sigature below.

Please, try to spell the whole words, it makes the posts readable. Speed can depend on a bunch of things. You should start by posting what are your pc specs (cpu, ram, gfx card), wich plugins are you using, and wich settings do you use with them.

what is your first language? if it is English, then you are in a sad, sad state my friend :???: if it's something else, then ill cut you some slack.

anyway, your games wont run slow because of the audio plugin unless you have a crap computer. try Eternal Lite.
