ok well i have found some problems with mgs the game needs that irq hack and the only drivers that work well is eternal's spu plugin but it stops working somtimes
so i checked out epsxe and the core spu works where eternal's stops it just stutters but that doesnt play the videos like the realtime videos dealing with the nucular warheads and such any know a fix for that??

lol srry about my english, this is why i almost fail english every year. Yeah those settings are pretty much what i have i just cant hear the audio when the movies about the mannhatten project and such come up.

If you are using eternal's spu, don't use savestates. They can make the game hang when it needs to load data from the cd (i.e. moving to another room or listening to codecs).

I suggest using PEOPs spu, although it isn't as accurate as eternal's spu.
