If it doesn't work with No$GBA 2.6a and No$Zoomer 2.3.0.2, than all we can say is it doesn't work now. None of us have oracular powers to tell you when the next version of either program will be available. Anything other is baseless guessing.
Anyway, how do you expect us to know?

Did you tried it in Desmume? It should work better than Ideas.
