My MDECs are really screwed up, for every game i have played, movie has multi-coloured blocks on the right half of the screen, and sometimes the movie just ends while playing and goes into the game, or my computer freezes.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

This is entirely dependent on what game you are running. Some games it doesn't do this in at all. (FF7 and Chrono Cross do not for example). Bottom line I suggest you CHECK wormies COMPATIBILITY list before running a game so you know what might happen

It can.. what is your configuration? IE plugins etc.

Pete Soft GPU works good for me

i'm using pete's OpenGl gpu, and i have a Nvidia Aladdin TNT2 video card

FF9 mdecs run fine without a problem for me.. I am using lewpys glide pluggin on a voodoo 5 5500 though.. Are you using Savestates? Do you have updated video card drivers? Which cd rom pluggin are you using?

I'm using, pete's CD Rom driver, and i do have updated video card drivers
