One day when I was saving up a game into my memory (I was playing Parasite Eve 2) the power shut down and when I tried to load the data It gave an error message, now one of the blocks is corrupted since I cannot save any data on it, is there any way to ... I don´t know.. format it?? I own a psx.

i think he mean his "real" psx memcard is corrupt.
You can try some games that can overwrite/delete that corrupted block.
Also try psx internal memcard manager to delete it.
If this method fails , you'd better buy a new memory card.
