I'm trying to play Megaman Legends on v1.60 and everything is great except for one problem. The voices in the cut scenes come way to early, the delay starts to add up and becomes as much as 10 seconds early at the end of a scene. All the other sound is good though, I've tried a few sound plugins and checked/unchecked a few boxes, but no luck. Any ideas?

try a different emulator, like PSXeven, SSSPSX, or PCSX

I got it to work, apparently you shouldn't set the emulator on PAL when you're playing a NTSC game. I guess the lower framerate for PAL played a role in it.

that's what i always suggest to keep it on autodetect
