Im just trying to get Megaman Legends working for my epsxe. Right when i start the game, the opening movie and cutscene are perfect. When i enter gameplay, The game starts to skip, in the dialogue and when moving. I cant play like this.

Here's my system info.

-Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit (6.1, Build 7100) (7100.winmain_win7rc.090421-1700)
-System Manufacturer: TOSHIBA
-System Model: Satellite A210
-BIOS: BIOS Version 1.60
-Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual-Core Processor TK-57 (2 CPUs), ~1.9GHz
-Memory: 1024MB RAM
-Available OS Memory: 894MB RAM
-Page File: 1077MB used, 840MB available
-DirectX Version: DirectX 11

-Card name: ATI Radeon X1200
-Manufacturer: ATI Technologies Inc.
-Chip type: ATI Radeon Graphics Processor (0x791F)

Also, right now, im using
Video- Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.9
Sound- ePSXe SPU core 1.7.0. (I tried eternal, and it was choppier)

The game im using is an Iso, but it can be mounted as a disk anyway, i find that it wont even start if i mount it and run it as a Cdrom. So Run>Iso is the way to go.

Any help would be great.

use peopsoft.
Thanks for the detailed explanation. I'm not sure if theres a specific ePSXe P.E.Op.S Soft download?

On Pete's Gpu plugin page, theres a generic Windows one, should i use that?

Add:
Im not even sure how to use it. Is it a graphics plugin? Sound? I downloaded the windows one, and its not even a .dll file... Its a .cfg file. How would i use that?

Add:
Never mind, downloaded the Linux one by mistake. Ill tell you if it works.

I had to Vsync the sound to get voices to appear. It was running fine until another cutscene where megaman jumps off the building, then i lost audio completely. It didnt come back, even when gameplay started.

I've done too much >_< I think ill probably just buy the game on ebay, or try the N64 version of it.
