Megaman Legends audio desyncs during cut scenes.

Yeah, what the thread title said. It seems that during some cut scenes, the audio will be a second or so ahead of the video. I have no idea what the problem is. I'm playing off of a cd image. Regular game audio sounds fine, and there's not really any other glitches to speak of.

Try setting the audio out method to SPUasync. You may have to raise the buffer size to compensate for popping/static.
The lowest I could set the buffer with SPUasync with my onboard audio was about 60 and with my Audigy 2, 25 is pushing it (occasional static).
