greate, at last the best player arround IMO :thumb:
Yup! I LOVE Media Player Classic! It can even play flash animations and Real Player files! Gr8 one!!
Sure I've been using this for a wile now....
Yeah, just checked, my ver is 6.4.8.3, and I last reinstalled my machine at least 3 weeks ago and I haven't updated it since then....
yup, this version has been out on free-codecs.com for a while but i havent been able to figure out how to use the stupid pixel shaders so i went back to .2
The pixel shaders work, but they aren't really for general watching, they just allow funky effects.

Yeah, all the wip's after 6.4.8.2 had 6.4.8.3 as the version. So if yours' is a couple of weeks old, it must be an older wip build.

except the deinterlace shader ;) I bet it's useful for heavly interlaced videos.

Yours,

Well I deinterlace when I encode the dideos. It leaves more processor time for other funky effects on decode.

That's why the PS deinterlace sounds nice, it'll consume GPU power instead of CPU power.

[]s Badaro
There is that, but I wonder if it'll interfere with ffdshow's post processing (resize, denoise, deblock/dering)
