MSX is a bit of a weird one, it's a home computer thing, so probably quite a bit more varied than a NES, but it also had the real Metal Gear games. Anyway, ask Samor if you want a classification of it

As for the PSX question: PS=PS1=PSOne. I suppose the poll is about the platform, not the model. Officially the PSX was some sort of home entertainment device that was never released outside of Japan.
