I challenged almost EVERYONE in that stupid balamb garden and that jack guy still hasn't challenged me
Can you only do it in disk 3 or something? hehe
any help would be cool

you got it....... only in disk 3 and after can you finish the card battle side quest......

I was also able to challenge all of them except for the two girls inside the ragnarok in disk 4.

I was able to get all the cards in disk 3....... If you don't get em all, then in disk 4, try to find the card queen...... she will have all the cards that you need to have em all(ie. all character card too)......... but you have to play and win her to get the cards..... Plus every rule is used while playing her....... Very hard... she is on a southeastern island....... you cant see her on the map....... just walk around and you will enter a crash site with her in it.......

At the disk 3 you need at least 15 wins in card battles to get challeged by Jack
