You know DVD movie run at 25 fps.But there is DVD player(not for PC) which can make DVD movie run at full 60 fps.Now this is question can we make PSX movie run full fps at 30 or 60 ???
If this possible PSX movie will be a lot smoother than ever.
(most PSX movie run at 15 fps)

Converting them to MPEGs might do the trick, Enigma. That is, if there is a way to convert them. There may be, but I don't know what it would be. Also MPEGs can get rather large. You're, probably, better off following Ali's advice, forget speeding up or trying to smooth out the movies and enjoy them just as they are.

I used to do that sxamiga................
FPS say 30fps but in fact they change nothing at all.
I brought this because I reading Hi-Fi magazine and there is DVD player which can convert DVD movie (Normal DVD playing at 25 fps)play at 60 fps so that why I brought this.
