Post you system specifications (including operating system) and video plugin configuration (there is a copy to clipboard button in the lower left of the video plugin configuration window, you can paste that here).
So intel onboard video, Set Framebuffer textures to 0 and framefubber access to 4, try lowering the res, if it still slow try Pete's D3D plugin with the same settings.
