I've tried making an .iso of Lunar with Magic ISO and the false drive with Alcohol 120% and neither seems to work. Any suggestions?

What happens exactly when you try to rip it? Do you get a bunch of errors? Is the disc scratched badly?
you dont make an ISO with the "false drive" (virtual drive?) of Alcohol120%, there is an ISO making wizard that does not relate at all to the virtual drive.
I can rip the game just fine, its just epsxe freezes when I have it run the .iso or try running it as a cd from a virtual drive. I've tried both methods and both ways freeze. I don't get any errors when doing the recording and the disc is in great condition. Could it be a problem with the video plug-in?
So it runs fine from the original disc? Is it a PAL or NTSC copy?
I haven't tried running it from the orignal disc because I won't have that when I go back to college, its my sisters game and I wanted to make a copy of it for myself.
A copy for yourself???

Just for the sake of troubleshooting, try from the cd. If it works from cd, but not from the image, it's probably due to an incorrectly done ISO.

??? What, when the game was bought my sister and I split the price, but since the game isn't sold anymore I don't want to leave it in my dorm. There has already been several thefts.

that's pretty much the only way you're legally allowed to make copies of the game, you already own it so you copy it as backup ;) i've done that with my FF7 discs just to prolong their life :)
