I'm playing Lunar 2, and I never played #1. While I know its probably a mistake to not play it myself I'm just hoping someone has a short synopsis of the first game for me so I don't get so confused at points.

Usually someone makes a plot summary for games on those websites, but not Lunar. NVM then, I'll find the game somewhere and play it sooner or later.
