I believe you can use StyleXP to do it. Or you can apply the uxtheme patch. I personally use the patch and it works great. I'm not sure where you can download it however, it's been quite a while since I got it.

use the Neowin Uxtheme Multipatcher. No use installing extra bloat like stylexp.

I've already used uxtheme but was wondering where can I download an icon package linux style or something cool enough to change my icons
