Has anybody a dexdrive for Final Fantasy IX, where I have all Items, all Cards and all my Characters are Lv 99 at the beginning of the game?

I need the an dexdrive for the German Version !!!

Can anybody send me the dexdrive? I've got bat troubles with my Pc. So I can't download anything! How can I use Gamebustercodes on Epsxe? Need I a Programm? Can you send it to me? What are Code Saves?
