Load fail in Tactic Ogre

I cannot load the saved games in Tactic Ogre. When I saved, no problems occurred. However, when I tried to load, the game said "Load fail".

Please help.
VGS fails as well while ePSXe works (it's too slow on my PC - P3 550Mhz).
