Can anyone teach me how to programme my own ROM games! Or at least tell me a site that i can find out how!!

I am 13 but i programme websites and use C++ to write my own games so don't hold back cause im a kid plz!!

I can't help too much, I don't know how to write a game for GBA. But I can't wait to see the game when you finish.
