Legends of Mana won't save, and the save states are gone after i reload the emulator.

well, are the save states even there in the first place? have you saved using the ingame feature?

you need to exit the emulator properly, which is to press escape to exit back to the GUI and then close that.

i don't know if the save stats are there, if the emulator woudl save them, then i suppose they would be, i had a save state, by the same emulator and version, but when i changed video plugin, it was gone

and i do close down properly

it's the memroy card i need working...

[edit] yes the save states are there, both of them, but i can't load them from the emulator

is the folder read only? if so, unset it. are you playing out of the zip folder? if so, you'll need to unzip it.
