legend of dragoon help pls ive just finished disc one but when i go to change disc and go to 2 it doesnt change and when i save using me card everytime i ext and come back is gone so ive haad to use save states someone anyone who knows a solution pls help me

Mount the image using DaemonTools and then choose to run that CD instead of the ISO. (Make sure it's pointing to the correct Drive Letter). Once it prompts you to change disc, mount the new disc, and then press [File], [Change Disc], [Choose CDROM].

As for your memory card - Sounds like it's damaged somehow?

no he is just not closing the emulator correctly, you need to do file>exit from the GUI otherwise your save data can be compromised.

Everytime i load emu the logs say warning the memcard c program files usfexplus has not been saved to dis warning the memcard c program files null has not been saved to disk also when i open epsxe mem card folder nothing is in there what do i need

you need to create them before you can actually use them, go to config>memory cards.
