LoD is using a (imho) stupid layering method, and nearly all gpu plugins I know
are having problems to reach the required pixel accuracy. "nearly" means that
during my tests only my Soft gpu plugin was able to play LoD without glitches.

Well, right, there is an option in my hw/accel. gpus to replace the cyan color with
black, causing most glitches in LoD to disappear (without the filtering option
enabled), but I don't know if Lewpy can do the same fix in his Glide plugin,
because it's very texture/palette cache dependend, and the Glide plugin's texture
handling is totally different from the OGL/D3D ones.
