you are most definately undeniably the most misinformed moron i have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of listening to. Downloading Roms, Downloading Bios, Downloading PC games are illegal. Dumping your own bios, BUYING pc games, and dumping your own roms are all activities which are not illegal, and ways to emulate your games, i reccomend you do your homework (or at least read the damn rules) before taking on an entire community that's been using emualtion for many years.

My PSX is broken, i now use all my old PSX cd's on my computer. My old SNES games i have in a closet somewhere, i can play them online with an emulator (along with PSX). I'm sorry, but this is an arguement you can't win. And Promotion of a legal activity isn't illegal . and Emulation IS legal.
