I was wondering if you guys could help me out a bit. Right now my college network has the Packeteer Packshaper program running, which keeps me and everyone else on the network from using bittorrent. There is an open meeting coming up concerning privacy on the network, and I think I can stop the use of the packet-shaping program if I make a good case.

That's where you guys come in. If you have the time and want to help me, please post as many sites as possible which have completely legal bittorrent files/links. Please separate those which are anime-related from anything else. Also, I should reiteration that these .torrent files need to completely legal.

It's also interesting to noticed that BT is slowly gaining corporate support. One of the most famous examples is Blizzard using it to distribute the WoW betas.
