Hey, I was just wondering where a newer JpBios is then the (2000) where I keep finding everywhere. I am trying to play some imported games x.x

If you require a newer japanese bios you need to own and dump the bios from a japanese console. Otherwise we cannot help you where to download the file as it goes against the ngemu rules of conduct regarding the warez policy.

If you want a more modern japanese bios, you will need a modern japanese ps2 to get it.

You don't need any special region/version bios to play any region games.PCSX2 is region free and it will boot any region game with any bios region/version except with the oldest JP bios.He will boot any region games too but not every game.

If your PS2 is not the oldest PS2(the one with the oldest JP bios)you'll be ok.

Thanks, I guess I just need to mod my ps2 and get the region lock off to play the Japanese version of FFX I bought at a pawn shop o.o. Yay, more moneys gone.
