Ps2 version has released some time ago.
And yeah, I know it's not a great game, having some balance problem and many gameplay glitchs (check out gamefaqs ps2 page for Glitch Faq ).

But it's still a nice addition for KOF fan.
For me, I think it's a OK game, not as good as Tekken, DOA or even 2D version of this game but not so bad as many reviewer said.

In Xbox it has some addition feature like XBL Support, Image/Video Capturing and (A little) Better Image Quality.

I really like capturing feature, when game is paused, you can change the camera angle and capture the pic by press X button.

Yeah, I can't play XBL with my modded Xbox.

But as I know there aren't many player in there, if you want to buy it just for XBL, just don't.

Hey..... Don't make an assumption that I have to play Illegal-Copy Game just because my Xbox is Modded.
Because Xbox is different from Ps2 or Gc, people having their xbox modded can do A Lot More thing beside playing game.

I have my Xbox modded just for XBMC, using my Xbox to store DivX movies/Song and playing Emulator on 43" television is way better than 17-19" monitor (you may already know but using emulator, Xbox can play Almost every console games (of course, not current generation console) and there are many good emulators around) .

And Yeah, I know that this game isn't release yet in your region but I can easily find Jap version in my region.

So please don't conclude that people have to do something just because he is able to do it, if I have Modded Ps2 or Gc, it's safe to conclude that I have it modded for playing backup but Xbox is difference story.
Beside, legality of the source of these pics is not the subject of this thread, I don't know why you have to bring this up.

It can't be turned off cause I use Softmod Method (because XBMC and Emulator are my main concern, using softmod is enough) and my connection is only 56K Dial-Up, so I can't use XBL or any other Online-service anyway.

Believe it or not, but with modded PS2 you can do lot more things baside playing games... maybe not as many things as with Xbox but always (yeah, attached HDD - delicacy )

so because of your connection I think your problem is solved by itself

I was more referring to the ridiculous way you used to express your dislike of it;

As for KOF MI, I have it on PS2 and I think it's a fairly good game. The 3D models aren't all that bad actually (well, Kyo's one is), and in motion it also looks quite a bit better than the screenshots (especially the early official screenshots from the ps2 version seemed to look quite bad). It's not the best KOF ever but it's also far from the worst (which would be KOF 2001 or something). Graphically it may not be up to the current standards of Namco or Sega, but it still looks better than older titles like DOA2.
Too bad the PS2 version doesn't have the snapshot mode; I like the feature

Note: I quite like the direction SNK Playmore is currently going, and I hope they'll keep it up this time; their former high quality seems to return more and more with each new title they release, and they still care about their roots (unlike a certain Capcom)

Hah! Chill out guys, I don't care either way. I was amused that the suggestion of illegal media would cause someone to go on the defensive as PrTv did. Why would I be trying to get the thread closed when we all know perfectly well that a large amount of games discussed on the forums have been obtained illegally.

Comparing it to DOA2 Hardcore On Ps2, maybe KOF look better but comparing it to DC version (yes... original DOA2 on Dreamcast), maybe DOA2 look better cause ps2 version of DOA2 looks really bad.

It's really surprised me that this game get 7.0 @Gamespot and 7.8 @IGN. For me, getting that score is pretty high for this game, considering Ps2 version only get 6.7 and 7.4 respectively.
