I know he might intended to make them look like blushing or something but look at this one I edited my self ^^ :

Away from being not a very good artisit (I mean myself) , it really looks like a face with 4 eyes four me

I always have a problem with sideviews; in my case it could be a front view too...just depends on what you see as nose and ear..

lol, funny picture Samor, but when you look at it as if it's a front view, the nose is simply placed at the wrong position.
If you look at it as if it's a sideview, the mouth is wrong, as a mouth should be centered and not be put in the right cheek as it is here

I look at that pic over and over again and still I don't see how they look like eyes? Hmmm, probably I made them knowing they are not eyes... hmm...

I guess the 'real' eyes are just too far from the nose. Actually, the 'blushes' looks like eyes that are closed.

At some point, I think they are glasses with printed eyes on them.
