I cant seem to run Kagero 2 correctly, whenever I start it, I can hear sound, but only like 10 seconds later the picture'll be shown.
I can also press start and stuff and get the confirmation sounds, but the picture lags too much to make it playable

would greatly appreciate any help,

Ah, well that's good. How is the game then? Better then the first?
mmh, I didnt play it much now, since I'm waiting for an ps2 controller usb adapter to be delivered....
but iirc it is better than the first, but it's been a long time since I played it on the actual psx
