You should probably get what you purchased, but there are instances where 100% feedback sellers scammed buyers, but that's rare.
I'm skeptical with all sellers, even official ones. The first psp I ordered a few years back was stolen during the shipping processI don't understand why people think Ebay is a deathtrap. Avoid any seller that is from certain continent (ESPECIALLY NIGERIA, but Hong Kong is usually fine), avoid bad feedback sellers (anything under 98%, if the seller has over 500,000 feedback, 98 is fine) use Paypal and you should be good to go.
I did check the feedback of the person :O. Call it paranoia~I am a seller myself. Think I am shady? Do what you are supposed to do and check my feedback sonny.

Lol I don't think that had anything to do with the sellerI've been an ebay shopper for years and no one has ever scammed me yet. I bought a green Debug Xbox (painfully hard to comeby!) for around $267 USD! Works great, but the stupid Thompson DVD drive [email protected]#%ed up on me, so I have to replace it myself![]()
The psp 1.5 falls under hard to find.......well in addition to phil's tips on how to find safe buyers, i also must add that "pictures" is a must for me.
I won't buy anything unless they post a pic of the item, AND the picture has to be of their item taken by them, not just some official picture of a psp for instance.
but i'm highly skeptical of buying off ebay. why? well haven't you heard people say "i'll just put it on ebay" whenever they're disatisfied with their product?
i've seen it done countless times with hardware that doesn't OC well, or has minor problems.
So i only would suggest buying off ebay for stuff you can't find easily in online/local stores.
I used it to buy old classic NES consoles. (i need to go back and buy some more, since i have a hobby of modding them)
I also used ebay to rebuy FFVII psx discs, since one of my discs was too scratched to work.
