Well, No.
ePSXe has been available to the public for about a year. In that year there has only been 2 major updates and 1 kinda small I think. these verions have been released: 1.00, 1.01, 1.20, 1.40
ePSXe 1.40 was only released about a month ago, so we shouldn't see another release for at least a few months. Unless the ePSXe team strays from their usual release cycle which is possible, but unlikely. But its good that they take a long time between releases because it gives you more to look forward to in a new release and it tends to be less buggy than if they released new versions often.
To early, much to early to even begin thinking about it. ePSXe 1.4.0 was released in June, so it has been just a little over a month since it came out. Typically, there is at least a 3 month (maybe, sometimes, a little longer) gap between releases. So, IMHO, it is not time to even start thinking about the next release, yet.
sincerely,
