I have got one wish. Whatever I am gonna ask for, i am gonna get it. I am down to two options. 1) nVidia Geforce 3
2) PS2

What should I wish for. Due date is the last day of this year. I would go for PS2 but where I live, it is very difficult to get the new titles out. I'd also like to have the geforce 3 to play my PC games on the TV (that's gonna be cool) but I already have a TNT2 Ultra.
Please advice. Thanks.

I don't know. With XBox choking like it is, Sony might take their time.

As for the original question:

Depends on your CPU. If you have a good CPU, getting the GeForce3 is worth it - with a slow CPU, you won't really see the benefits. Of course, with titles like MGS2 and GTA3, getting a PS2 is probably the better choice in either case.

Not with the success the GameCube is having. Of course, that depends on if Nintendo continues to have this windfall.

I belive it will be soner . In the next 10 months there will be an PS2 emu that runs ONE game (minimum) and an DC emu that runs more than 25 games (sonic adventure , powerstone , capcom VS SNK )

Yup,Ryos is right,the GameCube is selling like crazy in US(well,not right now cause it sold out )and I'll make sure to get one once it's released here in france(hope it will be soon).
