Now then, when are we gonna go to the moon again ? When are we gonna fly abit higher into space, like HEO ? When are we gonna place a colony on the moon ?

It has been 40 years since we have landed on the moon, and ever since we have been sending USV's to other planets and sent quite a number of different people to Skylab and the ISS. It took Spain little over 10 years to get a bunch of colonies in 'the New World', how come the great America can only visit an celestial body other than our Earth and the Moon with USV's ?

Anyway, go have a party, 40 years is quite some time ago, it should be celebrated.

I think it should better be like: Its been 40 years since the greatest joke in human kinds history when humans played moon exploring in a Hollywood studio.

Anyway i'm off exploring Venus Mountain again.

Sedna? Old news. It was just a small body orbiting the Sun, and it the scientific community concluded that it can't be considered as a planet. In fact, now even Pluto isn't a planet.

The argument is that if an astronomical body the size of Pluto can be given the status of a planet, then so should some large asteroids in the asteroid belt, and the other foreign bodies that sometimes happen to get snagged in the Sun's gravitational force.

So instead of changing the number of planets every single day and confusing the heck out of everyone, they alienated Pluto. Correct decision IMO.
