Hi Everyone,
I have been having an issue with FF7 lagging when ever I get into a fight and I was wondering if any of you guys knew what might be the cause of this. My GPU config is the same as the one posted in this thread: http://forums.ngemu.com/epsxe-discussion/117866-final-fantasy-vii-epsxe-1-7-configs-vista.html

My system specs are as follows:
CPU - AMD athlon 64 x2 dual core 5600+ 2.91gHz
GPU - HIS Radeon 4850 1024 mb gddr3 625mHz core clock 933mHz mem clock
RAM - 2GB
OS - Windows 7 build 7100

Try using Pete's OGL2 for GPU plugin.

set the VRAM amount manually, do not use the autodetect setting. you should also install the driver below, it will correct performance issues between your processor and various programs, epsxe being one of them.
