Not sure what the warranty policy is. If it has at least 30 days, grab it, test it with some extreme looping benchmark for a full day, and if it still works afterwards, you're good (you won't be needing to activate the warranty - probably ever).

Why is the GDDR3 clocked at only 860MHz? Shouldn't they by 900MHz or above?
My 6600GT's mem is clocked at 1GHz.

Nothing wrong with refurb, just make sure you get a good warrenty.

refurb means used like pc monitors and peripherals since my current monitor is a refurbed one.

it can mean anything. basically, it means it's not new, that's all. but they went back and tested it and replaced whatever was wasnt up to standards (or they should've, anyway)

I hear those types of fans on that card (Arctic Silencers) break easily. Be warned.
