Full Scene Anti-Aliasing?
Through one of the plugins? Or "zoomers" ?

There isn't even fullscreen, only the full window of the zoomers, which displays black sides. About the aliasing, I haven't tested much, but I think NO$Zoomer has it.

Best you get for now is filters which you can apply through the zooming apps.

Some graphics cards let you enable FSAA regardless of if the program allows it. I remember doing this a few years ago, but I don't remember how. On the upside, the filters work pretty well!

Considering that the emus use the full height (mostly) of the monitor, you'd have to stretch the screens horizontally, so it'd provide no improvement upon the current solution.
