I have a few Game Boy Color games that use battery backups, I would like to be able to replace the batteries at some point down the line, is this possible?
But eventually "all" Game boy color games that are battery backed up will break... I would like to have my games for a while, is it that way with Game Boy Advance games as well?
How about dumping Game Boy / Color games? Is that hard? Expensive?
Well, replacing batteries aren't really that hard. Provided you know what you're doing. There are guides but most of them apply on NES / Famicom cartridges.
Especially when comparing it to buying a ROM dumper. Definitely cheaper to just replace batteries.
