My sound on my mp3 player isn't exactly very hard. Now i notice sometimes various mp3's are louder than another. Is it possible to edit the source and have them increase volume for your mp3 player?

Thanks.

I found one mp3 frame editor but it only allows usage for one file at a time... I need something where i can edit like 1000 files at a time.

you can recode the mp3's with volume boosting, though this isn't supported by all mp3 converters

Awesome :)

Sadly when I needed boosting for some of my audio files it was not able to help me, volume simply remained the same :(

I guess you did something wrong? choose audio file, choose amount of boost in decibel, save file? Oh wait i think i know whats wrong choose containt gain instead of track gain =) with track gain nothing happens to me also.

That might be it. Thanks for the tip :)
Don't have anything to improve the audio on at the moment, but I will keep it in mind.
