I would like to know if using this emulator is 100% legal if the user does not have the original microsoft control, since in this case the user chooses to use the emulator instead of buying the microsoft control.

Yes, every joysticks emulator is legal due it does not give you an advantage during the gameplay, just Play for Fun

Microsoft does not make laws in Brazil. I believe you know this and there is no law in the country that prohibits the use of emulators, both for controls, for games or anything else.

Microsoft's opinion on the matter is completely irrelevant.

It seems to be true, in other words, I would like to know microsoft's opinion to i analyze it from an ethical point of view.

Emulation has been deemed legal in the US since the 90s.
