A GeForce2 on an ATOM? O_O" ... wait... old plugin and all.

The Atom probably has a GMA950 as display device.
(and underclocked from 400Mhz to 133Mhz)

You should try Pete's Dx6 D3D plugin. Since is the usual recommendation for this IGPs.
But more likely, you're gonna have to stick with PEOpS Soft GPU plugin.

Also, be sure to update plugins and probably also the emulator.

Those "specs" are rather useless.

The best sound plugins to use, are usually Eternal and the Internal plugin when using ePSXe v1.7.0.

Also, keep in mind this is a PSX game. You won't get DTS sound quality. >_<

That Intel Atom should be running at 1.4Ghz, that's not good enough for Epsxe as far as I know (I use to have an AMD 1.4Ghz and could't get full speed)
