Right now, I'am at the end of disk two the FMV where Garnet cuts her hair is shown only about 1-2 sec then stop and prompt for next disk. Why is that so? I'am using the latest Pete OpenGl plugin and Null2 plugin.

So is there any workaround? FF movies are great, I dun want to missed out any of them...

I think it's something to do with the Null SPU. Try using the internal sound core.

By any chance, are you using the "Kallisto" version of FF9? That one has several problems with MDECs...

I burn the disk from a original set...consider pirated?

are you sure there is no kalisto intro showing when you start ffix? cause is there is that mdec you are saying really gets cut.

I have tryed a kalisto version it it worked perfectly (no I`m not using the kalisto version I just finished the game once with it, I have the real piece ) What cdrom plugin are u using? Try changing it.

That depends... if you own the originals, it's not.

BTW, The Kallisto version was a pirated version released on the net, but I had several problems, including a couple corrupted MDECs...

Nullz plugin version 1.3x series has some of these problems when playing mdecs, try version 1.24 but it does not support savestate and yes the kalisto release has some corrupted mdecs in disc 1 and 2 but disc 3 and 4 work fine.
