well i could say cheap stupid and everything like that to my pc

here are the specs

1GB ram

Video card RADEON 256MB

cpu 1.5

Procesor 1.5 Gh'z
Sorry but your info is totally useless(except the ram)
There isn't only one video card which has 256ram and there isn't only one processor which is 1.5ghz

But even if your CPU is good(I kinda doubt it),pcsx2 requires a faster CPU(1,5ghz isn't fast)

If that's a Pentium 4 or Celeron, give up. It's far, far, far, far too slow.

If it's a Pentium M or Celeron M, it's still far too slow.

If it's a Celeron L (Celeron 420), it's too slow.

If it's a Core 2 Duo or Pentium Dual-core, it's only just barely getting there now, but the clock speed is too low.

If it's AMD, it won't change much. Actually, it'll be worse for an AMD at the clock range, since the one's at that clock range lacked SSE2, which means it won't be able to even play the emulator at all, not even slowly.

In any case, it's just going to be too slow.
