i found a psp emulator and i trying to make it work but it cant

what type of psp.? epsxe or pscx2? either way. u need to post your specs and the game u are trying to make work.
u will need download these always and its online everywhere.

Bios
Plugins(graphic, sound, cd/iso etc.)

get these downloaded.
U will need one of these programs if you have a game downloaded online.
Alchohol 120, PowerIso, or Daemon Tools latest versions. I use daemon tools or poweriso dont matter. You can then mount ur image and run your emulator.

@Iceman : this is definitely the wrong forum. Try having a look at helpfiles that usually come with an emu. You may find a website or something helpful.
