Fews days ago I ticked some box in the downloading window of IE6. Now, anything I download, goes to some Temoprary folder, and when it's finished, IE says it can't open it. How can I get the downloading window back to order?

....don't use IE?
If you really have to, there is an option in the advanced tab of the IE options.

I know about that tab thing, but I can't find anything about the automatic downloading...

Anyway, what would you recommend insted of IE?

I'd recommend Firefox over IE now, I'm afraid I can't find what it was I was looking for in IE for you.

I'm using DAP noramly, but sometimes it's some script, which DAP doesn't regonise, and just downloads junk.

well because not all sites have direct link to the file so sometimes you'll download an html file or something... I use DAP and its very handy for me, esp since I'm using dial up...
