For those people who downloaded the official ICQ 2001b version 5.15(the first 2001b release), you maybe experienced a big slowdown compared to the old ones(up to 2000b).

I downloaded the new version 2001b v5.17 and it's quite faster. It's just as fast or even a bit faster than 2000b. Get it here.

Main reason for me downloading icq was file transfer.
I dont know miranda has it.CD should be knowing.

yes it does but its not as easy as icq , u cant drag and drop files in it for example.
Thats why I ditched it and went back to icq

Miranda icq don't like very nice gui... but very faster than icq
